Daily Devos

If you’re not having a Daily Devo, you should be. Friendships are based on communication & hanging out… So how can you have a friendship with God without a little one-on-one time every day? Take 5-10 minutes to start your day with God.

There are tons of instances in the Bible where men & women of faith had a “quiet time” or “daily devotional.” Daniel did. David did. Tons of others. Examples of crying out to God in the morning are all over the Psalms too.

Psalms 5:3 says, “O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice;  in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch.”

Josh McDowell (a really cool guy) puts out a daily devo you can use every day. It’s on the web and it’s really easy to get to. Click here to check it out. He also wrote some really amazing books that Rachel and I both love, including “Evidence that Demands a Verdict.” It is full of supporting evidence for the trustworthiness of the Bible.

There will always be a link to his devo on this page with the other links.
