There is such a thing as a stupid idea. I would never call a kid stupid or one of their ideas stupid, but they do exist. I'd like to point out that it was a joke. I was expecting to get more of those types of answers precisely because of what I said. The youth have a propensity for outlandish ideas and sometimes this is good. Sometimes it is not. "For everything a time and a season" is one of many lessons we're trying to teach them. As to the "booted from a position" comment, I believe that good doctrine is a better measuring stick than using words like "stupid."
